1. How do I receive my PIN?

Once the verification process is over, the PIN(s) and all related instructions are displayed on the screen instantly. Moreover a copy of the PIN is also sent to your e-mail address. At times, a ‘request letter’ for verification may be sent to first time buyers. They may also be asked to get in touch with Customer Service. In such cases, contact customer service of the phone card immediately to get the PIN as soon as possible.

2. What do I do in case of lost PIN(s) and instructions?

In such cases, you must go to the home page, and click on My Account. After this, you must click on Purchase Report. You can then click on your invoice number to get details of your PIN and related instructions. If the problem persists, get in touch with the Customer Service and follow their instructions.

3. Where can I find the instructions for the phone card?

The PIN(s) and Instructions are instantly displayed on the screen, for our verified users. Moreover a copy is also sent to your e-mail address (the same that you have registered with us). As aforementioned, in order to find your PIN(s) at a later date, follow the instructions, mentioned in number 2.

4. How can I find the Access Number(s)?

The Access Number(s) can be found in the instructions that you receive with the PIN(s). Some cards have Local Access Number(s), and you must go through the details of a card to find a Local Access Number in a specific area.
