1. How do I place a call? The procedure to dial a call is simple. You are required to dial the Free Access Number and then enter your PIN number. After this process is over, you will be prompted to enter the destination call number. 2. How do I find my Access Number (s)? The Access Number(s) can be found in the instructions that you receive with the PIN(s). Some cards have Local Access Number(s), and you must go through the details of a card to find a Local Access Number in a specific area. 3. Can I make the call from my cell phone? Yes, you can place your call from any touch-tone phone. 4. What care should be taken while making a call to a cell phone? The most important factor that must be taken into consideration is the cell phone rate. In most cases the rates to call a cell phone are higher than those of a land line. In order to find the cell phone rates, give your specification while searching for a phone card. If the cell phone rate is unavailable, then the customer service of the specific phone card will be able to assist you in this regard. 5. How is calling from a pay phone different? The difference lies in the cost incurred. When you place a call from a pay phone, you are required to give pay phone surcharges, as applicable.
