Purchase and other reports

1. Where can I find my Purchase Report?

A verified customer will find his Purchase Report when he accesses ‘My Account’ on our homepage.

2. Will my calling history be made available to me?

In order to know your calling history, please call the card specific customer service department. They will ask you for your PIN, so keep it handy. The details of your phone card customer service number are provided in the PIN letter.

3. Where can I find my Savings Report?

You must login into your account to see your Savings report. You must then go to ‘Home’ and then My Account and follow the link to Savings Account.
